Hi, I’m Lindsay. I’m an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, specializing in anxiety, depression, relationships and challenging life transitions.
I utilize relational somatic practices, which combine mindfulness, body awareness, and emotional intelligence to enhance authentic relationships. In addition to private practice, my experience includes work in residential and outpatient settings, schools and community clinics.
I completed my Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology at Antioch University and pursue continuing education in trauma resolution.
Before becoming a therapist, I created and taught choreography for musical theater productions in schools and studios. I seek out music and movement wherever possible, most recently gravitating towards hiking in the local canyons.
