Therapy is a collaborative process that takes courage, consistency, determination, and radical honesty. It is  most effective when the work of the therapy sessions is practiced in the time between. Some will experience “breakthrough” moments, some incremental shifts, and some a combination of both. All roads move us forward. Whatever the path, active engagement in one’s own therapeutic process has the greatest chance of life-affirming change.

This work is a creative process that empowers the client to realize their personal potential. Coaching is designed to facilitate the creation and development of personal goals and implement an achievable action-plan for achieving those goals.
